Payment Terms
• An initial 10% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• A 2nd deposit of 40% of full room revenue is due by 5/26/21.
• Final payment is due by 8/4/21.
Individual Guest Room Cancellation Policy
• If an individual guest room is canceled by 5/26/21, there is no penalty
• If an individual guest room is canceled 5/27/21-8/4/21, 50% of full room revenue will be charged
• If an individual guest room is canceled from 8/5/21-9/29/21, 75% of full room revenue will be charged
• If an individual guest room is canceled 9/30/21 or later, 100% of full room revenue is non-refundable
Total Group Cancellation Policy
• If total group is canceled by 5/26/21, there is no penalty
• If total group is canceled from 5/27/21-8/4/21, 50% of full room revenue will be charged
• If total group is canceled from 8/5/21-9/29/21, 75% of full room revenue will be charged

Group Contract Terms
• Group rates are based on a minimum of 10 or more guest rooms confirmed with EverAfter Travel by 5/26/21.
• Minimum three night stay required to qualify as part of the group.
• Special group contract rates do not apply to single occupancy.
• Maximum of 20% of group is permitted to be single occupancy.
• Guests may apply Sandals Select Guest (SSG) points and do qualify to earn SSG points.
• Police/military/firefighter discounts do apply.
• The 777 promotion or other similar promotions or gifts cannot be applied to contracted groups.
Flight Information
You may book your own flights directly with your preferred airline. Once your flights are booked, please send the confirmation details to Jodi for coordinating your shared round-trip airport transfers to and from the resort.

Travel Information
A valid passport is required for international travel. The "six month validity rule" requires that a passport is valid for six months beyond your return date. It is the personal responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they have the correct travel documents and identification.

Travel insurance Information
Optional travel insurance is available and EverAfter Travel encourages travelers to consider purchasing insurance as it can not only cover things like trip delays/cancellations, but it can also provide medical coverage while you're traveling just in case something happens - this is very important because your own medical insurance typically does not include international coverage.

When you are attempting to get a quote, the amount of insurance needed is typically the total value amount of your vacation package. Also, you will need to enter F030702 as the Travel Agency ID (ACCAM#) when prompted.
*IMPORTANT things to note about Allianz Travel Insurance:

-Insurance coverage starts the day after it is purchased
-You can only add Cancel Anytime coverage on the date of deposit

Current COVID-19 Protocols (subject to change):
-Effective 3/4/21, each passenger 12 years or older will need to take a PCR or antigen COVID-19 test within 3 days of departure and present the negative test results at the airport to check in for their flight. For the test date, Jamaica considers the day of departure as day zero. EXAMPLE: If your departure date is 12/9/21, then the earliest you can take the test is 12/6/21 (click here for a test date calculator tool).

-----Many travelers have had good experiences with the 24-hour rapid COVID-19 test at places like Walgreens and CVS.
-Each passenger will need to complete the online Travel Authorization Form for Jamaica prior to departure. The earliest this form can be completed is seven days prior to departure. For the travel authorization form, Jamaica considers the day of departure as day zero.

-----Once your form has been submitted, you should receive a response via email with your approval. You'll need to print out a copy of the authorization email with the QR code to show at the airport.
-----This travel authorization form serves the purpose of your C5 immigration form too, so you won't need to complete a separate immigration form prior to departure.
-You will need to wear a face covering on your flights, in the airports, and in the transportation vehicles to/from the resort.

-Upon arrival in Jamaica, they will perform a health screening and risk assessment. The health screening will include: temperature checks, observation of symptoms, and a short interview with a health officer. They may perform a COVID-19 test (nasal/throat swab) if you are exhibiting symptoms or belong to a high risk group. NOTE: you may see members of the Jamaican Defense Force (JDF) at the airport - basically police officers with guns - because they are under a disaster preparedness plan for the response to COVID-19.

-The resort will do temperature checks upon arrival. Staff are required to wear face coverings at all times, and guests are asked to wear a face covering in designated indoor spaces like: the lobby, retail stores, elevators, and waiting areas of common facilities (e.g. spa, beauty salon, restaurants/bars, etc.). Guests are not required to wear face coverings at the beach, the pool, or in restaurants/bars when actively eating and/or drinking.

If you have a connecting flight, the test must be conducted within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time of your last direct flight to Canada. Travelers may also be required to take a COVID-19 test upon arrival in Canada, if selected.
NOTE: Proof of full vaccination status and negative PCR COVID-19 test results must be uploaded to ArriveCAN; full vaccination means two weeks has passed since the second dose of a two-shot vaccine or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine.
